Registration Guidelines
Participants are required to complete the online registration form to confirm their interest in attending ICFIRE 2026.
Upon submission of the form, the Organizing Committee will review your details and contact you via email for payment details.
Registration will be confirmed only after the payment process is completed.
International participants requiring visa support may indicate this within the registration form.

**Student: The student registration rate applies to current full-time students at the time of the conference.
**Accompanying persons: Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Conference Dinner on 22nd July 2026, lunches, and coffee breaks.They are not allowed to attend scientific sessions.
What the Registration Fee Includes
Payment Information
The Secretariat will share official bank details and instructions after registration.
Official invoices and payment confirmations will be issued by the Secretariat of ICFIRE 2026.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of registration should be notified in writing via email to: info@amber-laboratory.com
Cancellation refunds will be processed as follows:
- Before 30th June 2026: Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee
- On or after 30th June 2026: No refund will be issued
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the conference.
Substitution Policy
Registered participants who are unable to attend may nominate a substitute at no additional cost, provided they give written notice.
